John was awesome from start to finish, his tips on what needed to be done to the home to help market it were so good we sold the place in a day. We had already moved so also was a huge help being back on the ground in Austin for anything we needed at anytime, including finding reasonable contractors to fix some inspection items. As a first time homebuyer from CA looking to buy a home in TX, I knew I needed all of the guidance I could get. We looked in many different cities so we came across a couple realtors. John is a great communicator and always had time for us even at odd hours and on weekends- he answered every one of our questions and set us up with the homes we wanted to tour at convenient hours for us. He negotiated for us (and didn't back down!) so that we got the home we wanted even though the seller already had a competitive offer and were ready to accept it from another buyer. He is knowledgeable about and genuinely interested in home building, repairs and the market and he explains things clearly. He even got on the roof of our house to give us and idea of what we were in for repair wise, and then he gave us info on many local contractors to choose from and made the connections for us. We got a great deal on a beautiful home in Southwest Austin thanks to him. It was WAY easier than I expected our home buying experience to be because he did so much of the leg work for us.

He was very thorough in the whole house buying process and had great recs for inspectors and contractors that I was able to reference to help me fully understand what I was getting into with the house I purchased.
